Do you cater for any dietary restrictions such as gluten or dairy intolerance?

I most certainly do! I can cater for most dietary requirements including gluten and dairy intolerance as all of my recipes can be adapted. Although I take the utmost care to ensure all ingredients are stored and baked separately, I do produce bakes that contain allergens such as nuts, honey, eggs and wheat therefore cannot guarantee complete distinction from such ingredients.

How much time do you require to secure a custom order?

This purely depends on my availability. The busy wedding season (October - March) does see my calendar fill quite quickly therefore I recommend booking in your bake as early as possible to secure your date. Usually 4 - 6 weeks in advance of event date is enough however if you are in a pickle, you are always welcome to contact me as I will always try my best to squeeze you in!

What areas do you service for delivery?

I can deliver my bakes between the Huon Valley and Hobart on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Collections from my location in Geeveston are able to be scheduled 7 days per week. Delivery charges are calculated depending on location with set-up charges also applied if the cake requires construction on site.

How should we store our bake after delivery?

All cakes should be refrigerated until 2 - 3 hours prior to consumption (weather dependent). Your cake is best eaten at room temperature with soft icing however, if it is a warm day, please be mindful that buttercream melts! Always keep your cake out of direct sunlight! If you have leftover cake, pop it in the fridge where it will keep for approximately 5 days or, serve into individual portions and deep freeze for up to 3 months of delicious goodies!


Cookies should be kept at room temperature and last for 5 - 7 days in an airtight container. If wrapped individually, these cookies can stay fresh for up to 14 days.
